Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence

Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used as support in manuscript preparation; however, authors must explicitly declare their use. If AI tools have been employed, authors must specify the tool's name, version, and the type of use (e.g., support in drafting, copyediting, translation, or figure generation). The responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and scientific integrity of the content rests exclusively with the authors, who must guarantee that the use of AI has not compromised academic quality, the truthfulness of the information, or compliance with the journal's ethical and editorial standards.
